Family is very important to both of us.

 

Ronnie’s childhood represented a blended family, as he is the oldest of four siblings through his dad’s second marriage.

 

Andrew’s family emphasized education, and attending college was always an end goal. It was not an exceptionally strict household; however, there were rules, chores, curfews, and boundaries that should not be crossed. They ate dinner as a family each weeknight at the kitchen table, watched television together as a family in the evenings, did activities together on the weekends, and took family vacations in the summer and during the school holiday breaks. His grandparents all lived less than five miles away, and they spent many holidays, play dates, summer beach days, and weekend barbeques with his cousins. These are family values we wish to offer a child we adopt.
